About SOAR

Satellite Orbital Access and Removal (SOAR) is developing PODRS, the Passive Orbital Debris Removal System. PODRS is designed to intercept and characterize orbital debris 10 centimeters and smaller — objects that, at orbital velocity, can disable a spacecraft, yet sit below the threshold of reliable detection.

The work is patent pending and in active development, advancing toward a planned on-orbit demonstration. SOAR is based in Florida and can be reached by mail at P.O. Box 12852, Fort Pierce, FL 34979, or by email at partners@satelliteorbitalaccess.com.
