Who we are

What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, organization (if provided), and message you submit. We also store the date of the inquiry and limited technical data (IP address and browser user agent) used to limit abuse of the form.
We do not operate user accounts on the public site. Site administrators sign in separately to manage content.
How we use it
Inquiry information is used to respond to partnership, research, and media questions. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising networks.
Cookies and session data
The public site uses a session cookie as needed for form security (including CSRF protection). The administration area uses additional cookies required to keep an editor signed in.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in the application database on the hosting account used to run this website. They are visible to site administrators. Email copies of inquiries may also be sent to the published contact address when mail is configured.
Retention and requests
Inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of correspondence, then may be archived or deleted. To ask for access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry you submitted, email partners@satelliteorbitalaccess.com from the address you used in the form.
Changes
This page can be updated from the site CMS. The published version is the current policy.
